We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements (e.g. worn, damaged, or outside return window items).
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. GIFT CARDS
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law)
- Are valid only for use on our website
- Must be used before the expiry date stated at purchase (if applicable)
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted
- May not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes
If an order exceeds the value of a gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
- Must be applied at checkout before purchase completion
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
