Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund within 28 days of purchase. Please note: we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
Items must be returned in unworn, re-sellable condition with original packaging, printed receipt, and completed return form to:
HUF Returns, Keen Dist, Unit 3B Didcot Park, Churchward, Southmead Industrial Estate, Didcot, OX11 7HB.
Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is processed, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receipt, though this may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider. During sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We cannot refund postage charges (including any free delivery upgrades), except in cases of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Faulty items are those that arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing defect within a reasonable period.
Please note, we cannot accept returns of underwear, items not in their original packaging, or items not in a re-sellable condition. Sale and Final Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly shipped.
All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered, collected, or received and are subsequently returned to HUFWorldwide.UK will be refunded minus any applicable return shipping costs, unless the non-delivery was due to an error on our part.
HUFWorldwide.UK will not issue refunds for price differences on items purchased before or after sales events.
